We offer a practical, common-sense, effective program to help anger

addicts break the cycle of rage. Rather than focusing on psychotherapeutic

processes that can sometimes involve months or years of counselling, we

provide our clients with the skills and insights they need to begin changing

their angry behavior patterns during the very first session.

Taking this unique straight forward anger management therapy has

changed the lives of many people.  Not only has it changed the way in

which they deal with anger, but it has also made a big difference in the

relationships with their spouses, friends and co-workers.

We offer this program in one-on-one sessions or in group settings.

Anger is a normal and natural human emotion.  In our modern high-

stress environment many opportunities for anger exist, and few of us are

immune to occasional angry outbursts.  In fact, we all could probably

benefit from anger management training since everyone experiences anger

in one form or another.

For some people, however, anger is a constant companion that defines

their personality and intimidates and even terrifies their loved ones,

friends and co-workers. For such people, known as anger addicts or

rageaholics, anger has become a disruptive, destructive tool for controlling

everything and everyone around them.

Rageaholics tell themselves that their anger is a justified and necessary

response to the people and events around them that are somehow

threatening their sense of self and security.

Rageaholics generally refuse to acknowledge that they have a problem

with anger, choosing instead to blame another person or circumstance for

causing their insensitive, irresponsible and hurtful tirades.

For these people, Anger Management Training is critical.  Rageaholics

need to learn how to stop their destructive behaviours before it is too late.

If you are an anger addict or are in a relationship with an anger addict,

this therapy will help you make sense of the mess your life is in.  Here

you will find a road map to guide you, insights to encourage you, and

practical, hands on expercises to help you tell the truth to yourself as you

plan your strategy for conquering anger.  It is still up to you to do the

work, and the challenge you face is a tough one, but if you are tired of the

old excuses and the old results, you will find plenty of reasons for hope

as you work through this program.

REMEMBER:  If you do what you always did, you

will get what you always got!
